Congratulations to our technician Ryan Shann, who surpassed 21 years service this month.

Ryan joined us in 2001, a single, fresh faced young lad. 21 years later he is family man who enjoys days out with his wife, three lovely daughters and baby son. All this time he has been a reliable, hard working technician, who is at the centre of our workforce.
We’ve received countless excellent feedback emails and texts from clients Ryan has worked for. His skill set has expanded to match his excellent service record. From Wall tie replacement, to plastering, damp proofing and structural repairs, Ryan excels in all areas.
So our MD Katrina Jackson was delighted to hand Ryan his long service award, a tax free thank you gift of £1000.00 on behalf of the company. Our employees own the business via an Employee Ownership trust, so this gift really is from all of our team – thank you Ryan.
Ryan was typical in his response to the award “It’s great to be rewarded, but really, working at Brick-Tie has been such a pleasure for me over the years. I have a great bunch of workmates, enjoy the job and love the ‘craic’ “he said. Asked what he would do with the cash, there was no hesitation “This will go towards another holiday with the wife and kids” he beamed.
